Return Policy

At StoneFlame Cookware, we believe in quality, transparency, and fair service. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

100-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 100 days of receiving your order.

Requests submitted after 100 days cannot be accepted.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

Products that show signs of use, heat exposure, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.


Defects & Quality Issues

If you believe your item has a defect or quality issue, please contact us.

Each case is reviewed individually, and we will evaluate the issue and take appropriate steps to resolve it fairly.

Photos or videos may be requested to assist with the evaluation.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or cooked with

  • Items damaged due to misuse, overheating, or improper handling


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@stoneflame-cookware.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or video (if applicable)

  • Your contact information

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit


Refunds

Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email.

If approved, refunds are processed within 2–4 business days to the original payment method.

Timing

Refunds usually appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

If you have not received your refund 15 business days after approval, please contact us.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please submit a return request first.
Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Our support team is available to assist before you reorder if needed.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

After this time, orders are automatically processed and cannot be cancelled.
